- Invalid RMA number
- RMA product description given by customer differs from the actual product condition
- Expired RMA number
- Any ARISTA product[s] without an RMA number will be rejected and will send back to the customer
- An unauthorized return (no RMA # was issued)
- No ARISTA serial number on the product
- Product has physical damage or noted customers with pictures
- Spyware, Trojans, Malware or Viruses
